About Project
FARMS 5.0 (Future-Aligned Resilient Modern Systems for Farmers Adhering to Industry 5.0 Principles towards Sustainable Agriculture) is an international project implemented under the Erasmus+ Programme (KA220-VET). The project aims to support the transformation of European agriculture in line with Agriculture / Industry 5.0 principles, combining technological innovation with social responsibility and environmental sustainability.
The project focuses on strengthening the competences of farmers, future farmers, and VET trainers through modern training programmes, micro-credentials, and evidence-based policy recommendations. FARMS 5.0 addresses key challenges faced by contemporary agriculture, including climate pressure, labour shortages, digital transformation, and the need to enhance the resilience and sustainability of farming systems.
FARMS 5.0 project is implemented by a consortium of six organisations from Poland, Greece, France, Cyprus, and Macedonia and runs for 24 months.

The Polish Farm Advisory and Training Centre not-for-profit Sp. z o.o. is a private, non-profit organisation providing professional and personalised advisory services to farmers and rural entrepreneurs. Its mission is to support sustainable rural development by enhancing farm competitiveness, promoting entrepreneurship in rural areas, and increasing awareness of EU funding opportunities.
The organisation focuses on improving farmers’ livelihoods through tailored agricultural and business advice, fostering agri-sustainability, and encouraging multifunctional farming and on-farm processing. It actively promotes lifelong learning by implementing European vocational education and training (VET) projects, sharing best practices, and ensuring that rural populations have equal access to high-quality education and information as urban communities. Through courses, networking activities, and knowledge dissemination, the Centre contributes to the creation of sustainable, innovative, and economically viable rural businesses.
Aristotle University of Thessaloniki

Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTH) is the largest Higher Education Institution in Greece and one of the largest in Southeastern Europe. The School of Agriculture at AUTH has extensive experience in participating in numerous national and international projects, both as a coordinator and as a project partner.
Its involvement spans key areas such as green and sustainable agriculture, smart and precision farming, AI-based agricultural technologies, and vocational education and training (VET) for trainers, within programmes including Erasmus+, Horizon 2020, and other EU-funded initiatives. AUTH brings decades of excellence in agricultural sciences, supported by a dedicated Animal Science Lab that supports research and education in sustainable livestock production and farm animal-related practices.

Infinitivity Design Labs (IDL) is a Design & Research studio based in France, delivering consulting and R&D services at the intersection of Instructional Design, UX/User Research, gamification and game-based learning, and AI-driven data analysis. IDL designs and develops innovative digital learning experiences, including e-learning platforms, interactive training content, and educational games (PC, mobile, and XR).
The team also provides expertise in usability and accessibility, supporting organisations in creating effective, inclusive and engaging learning solutions. With experience as a partner in European and national projects (Horizon and Erasmus+), IDL contributes both technical implementation and dissemination support, helping translate project outcomes into high-quality digital tools and resources for learners and stakeholders.
Foundation Agro-Centre for Education (FACE)
The Republic of North Macedonia
Foundation Agro-Centre for Education (FACE) is a Skopje-based non-profit organization focused on advancing agriculture in North Macedonia and the wider region by strengthening human capacity through non-formal education and training. FACE designs and delivers training and capacity-building activities across agriculture, environmental protection, and rural development, while also supporting knowledge transfer through conferences, seminars, and workshops.
With a strong track record in EU-funded cooperation, FACE has implemented numerous projects that contribute to modern agricultural VET and innovation in farming communities. This experience directly supports FARMS 5.0 objectives, particularly through FACE’s expertise in developing training programmes, coordinating multi-country partnerships, and producing studies and practical learning resources for farmers and VET stakeholders.

STANDO LTD is a research and educational organisation based in Cyprus, dedicated to the advancement of research and innovation. We are, at the same time, an approved VET Centre accredited by the Human Resource Development Authority of Cyprus. The strength of our enterprise primarily lies in our highly qualified team and its extended network of international partners.
Our dynamic and experienced academics, researchers and practitioners are committed in implementing large scale co-funded projects and collaborate with organizations from Cyprus and around the world.
